The members of FFCI commit to hold and renew regularly, their Property Transaction Certificate issued by the “Prefecture de Police” and to satisfy all of their obligations regarding their financial guarantees and their civil responsibility insurance. |

The members of the FFCI commit to respect the law N°. 70-9 of 2nd January 1970 known as the Hoguet law, regulating the real estate profession and in particular, not to receive any sum of money before the resolution of any outstanding legal conditions or the signature of the final agreement. |

The members of the FFCI commit to drawing up a written agreement between the parties regarding the property search mission. |

The members of the FFCI commit to work towards the full satisfaction of their purchaser clients, prioritizing their work as Home Hunters. Notwithstanding, so as to provide a complete service to their clients, they may commercialize properties by the way of sales agreements. |

The members of the FFCI commit to: provide regular information to their clients regarding the evolution of the mission; transmit detailed files for selected properties; accompany their clients during visits; and to advise them in their best interests during the duration of the project. |

The members of the FFCI commit to respect the total confidentiality of the personal details of their clients and are forbidden to divulge details regarding the properties visited, whether procured either directly or indirectly, excepting that information provided to their clients. |

The members of the FFCI commit to total transparency in working practice and to install a climate of confidence within the real estate profession. |

The members of the FFCI commit to respect the ethics and image of the House Hunters profession so as to continue to improve the profession over the long term. |
